Custom CAD Design

This was designed and printed for a coffee machine rental company in Whitby after the original was damaged. It was modelled off a similar component from another one of their machines and printed in PLA.

This is a removable cover for a water tank that we modelled and printed after the original was broken. One the bottom of the part there is some teeth to slot the part into the tank. 3 out of 4 were broken so we designed the part from the marks the broken teeth left.

This filter basket whilst looking simple represents many difficult and small details such as the central fillets, locking tabs and  the fact it had to be printed upside down meaning it required custom support structures to be printed so it could be easily post processed.
